New Life Global Development (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a property services and administrative consulting firm. We are NOT a law firm, legal services organization, or legal aid provider. Nothing in our communications, website, proposals, agreements, or services constitutes the practice of law or creates an attorney-client relationship.
Any information we provide regarding the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (“LADBS”) code compliance process, fees, timelines, or procedures is general administrative and informational in nature. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. For legal advice regarding your specific situation, you should consult a licensed California attorney.
We do not guarantee, warrant, or represent any particular legal outcome, dismissal of violations, waiver of fees, or resolution of any matter by any government authority. All results depend on the facts of your property, the nature of the violations, and decisions made by LADBS or other governmental bodies outside our control.
The $199 flat fee is an administrative consulting and coordination fee charged by New Life Global Development. This fee covers our initial property assessment, COMPLIANCE ORDER REVIEW, LADBS ENGAGEMENT, consultation, compliance planning, and project coordination services. It does NOT cover the cost of any physical repair work, rehabilitation, construction, permits, permit fees, materials, labor, or any other contractor-provided services.
By paying the $199 fee, you are engaging New Life Global Development for administrative coordination services only. A separate written estimate and agreement will be provided for any physical construction or rehabilitation work.
New Life Global Development works with a network of licensed and insured contractors to perform physical property work. These contractors are independent third parties. While we coordinate and refer their services, the following apply:
Any permit fees, LADBS inspection fees, city fees, or governmental charges are separate from and in addition to our service fees. We will advise you of likely permit requirements, but you are solely responsible for all fees owed to governmental agencies.
New Life Global Development is a private company and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the City of Los Angeles, LADBS, or any other governmental authority. Use of terms such as “LADBS,” “Order to Comply,” or “Notice to Comply” is for descriptive purposes only.
By engaging our services, submitting payment, or accessing our website at newlifeglobaldevelopment.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
New Life Global Development provides the following administrative and consulting services in connection with LADBS code compliance matters:
The $199 consulting fee is due at engagement and is processed via PayPal. This fee is non-refundable once we have commenced services, including upon initial property assessment or consultation. Additional fees for contractor work will be separately quoted and agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of physical work.
You may cancel your engagement before we have commenced any services (i.e., before the initial property assessment is scheduled) for a full refund of the $199 fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to rodney@newlifeglobaldevelopment.com. No refund is available after services have commenced.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEW LIFE GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROPERTY VALUE, FINES, PENALTIES, LIENS, OR LEGAL FEES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR ADMINISTRATIVE CONSULTING SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THOSE SPECIFIC SERVICES (I.E., THE $199 CONSULTING FEE, EXCLUSIVE OF ANY SEPARATE CONTRACTOR PAYMENTS).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless New Life Global Development and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your failure to maintain your property in compliance with applicable codes, your breach of these Terms, or your misrepresentation of any material fact regarding your property or violation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under
the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
